Moehrle founded with a pickup truck, some scaffold, a mud mixer and a crew of skilled masons.

1987

Moehrle directs its focus to private commercial and school construction. Example: Ambers Professional Building, Frederick, MD

1990

In less than 5 years Moehrle has numerous simultaneous school projects ongoing. Example: J.A. Rennick Elementary School, Gaithersburg, MD

1992

Moehrle expands operation into Shenandoah Valley. Builds Sherando High School in Stephens City, VA.

1996

Moehrle’s accomplishment of high level masonry craft work extends to all forms of unit masonry. Example: Holy Family Catholic Church, Middletown, MD.

1998

Shenandoah University Performing Arts Center, Winchester, VA demonstrates Moehrle’s attention to detail.

2002

Moehrle completes new 300,000 s.f. Seneca Correctional Facility in Montgomery County, Maryland as prime trade contractor, performing brick, reinforced cmu, glass block, and air barrier.

2007

Planning, organization, and discipline are required to complete challenging projects of brick and large precast elements on tight sights such as Creekside Plaza bordering Carroll Creek in Frederick, Maryland.

2010

Moehrle continues to be relied upon by Baltimore/Washington area Construction Managers and owners for safe, reliable completion of high quality masonry. Example: Edgewood High School, Harford County, Maryland.

2014

Moehrle completes new Gaithersburg High School adjacent operational existing high school. All masonry building with spray foam air barrier.
